Which Internship is Right for You?

Hey college students and recent grads!

Because we love and value building meaningful relationships our church family, we recently rolled out two new ways for you to get more involved at our office: Internships. You might be wondering, “Which internship is right for me?” or “Do I know someone who would be a good intern?”

Well, we’ve got you covered. Here’s your guide to determine which internship is the best fit:

Residency

Commitment level: High

Duration: 1 year

Purpose: To develop college graduates and young adults spiritually, professionally, and personally by having them come work with us side by side and gain a year’s worth of experiences that will help them ace that next job interview

Responsibilities: 40+ hours a week working with LifeGroups, Business, Communications, Production, Kids & Students, or Events

Requirements: Member

Summer Internship

Commitment level: Intermediate

Duration: 12 weeks

Purpose: To disciple 6-8 committed, teachable college students by giving them ministry experience and teaching them how to have a right relationship with God and others that translates into living on mission in their community, work, dorm, home, etc.

Responsibilities: 40+ hours a week working with College Team and Student Groups Pastor

Requirements: Member

Administrative Internship

Commitment level: Low

Duration: 1 semester

Purpose: A serving opportunity that blesses our church and allows us to build relationships with college students while giving them professional experience to market on a resume.

Responsibilities: 6 hours a week of light office work

Requirements: In a LifeGroup
