Church planting candidate
This position is designed to give church planting candidates: (a) proximity to pastors, involvement in pastoral meetings and pastoral care issues (b) real ministry weight, leadership, and responsibility to both provide opportunity for training and coaching as well as an opportunity for authentic assessment.
ministry apprenticeship
The Ministry Apprenticeship is a two year full-time position. This position will work closely with a pastor overseeing a specific area of ministry. The goal for this position is to gain experience in ministry while carrying real ministry weight, including vision casting, decision making, and team leading.
DOWNTOWN STUDENTS DIRECTOR
The Students Director oversees leaders and volunteers in discipling students from 6th-12th grade and equipping their parents. This job requires pastoral vision to teach and minister to students, parents and volunteers as well as organizational leadership to create environments for volunteers and leaders to implement discipleship and evangelism strategies.
DOWNTOWN NEXT GEN DIRECTOR
The Downtown Next Gen Director will lead our Next Gen Student Ministry, including college, high school, and middle school. This role will invest in and lead our student leaders as well as create a community where they experience the truth of God’s love for them.
