DIRECTOR OF KIDS AND FAMILIES
The Director of Kids and Families will produce systems and structures that disciple children and equip parents to disciple their kids from birth through 5th grade. The four main environments for this are: 1.) Directing Kidtown during Sunday Gatherings. 2.) Orchestrating Milestones Program in conjunction with Student Groups Pastor. 3.) Equipping LifeGroups to disciple kids. 4.) Empowering Families to serve together. Along with making sure these 4 avenues are done with excellence for our current families, the Director also looks for ways to engage the community, invite in new families and help them connect to Midtown.
The Residency Program is a year long leadership development program designed to train and cultivate young ambitious leaders into gospel-driven servants who lead the church. Residency consists of a full-time job role that develops individuals spiritually, personally, and professionally with the intent to raise up healthy mature leaders regardless of where they are headed next. The Administrative Internship is a semester long opportunity for college students who are interested in using their gifts to serve in our offices and looking to gain valuable professional experience. The Administrative Internship is a 6 hour/week commitment.
